Time Changes the World Topper & Decoupage

With this design I first printed it out onto photo paper, then after cutting out all the elements, I placed the design base onto the front of a white 8x8 card, I then added a gold border all round the outside edges of the design, to finish my card I made up the design, this did using 2mm sticky pads, this is a wonderful design which was very easy to cut and make up and is stunning once done

I printed this design on to 100gsm paper then I Laminated the sheet.
I cut out the design base and added DST to the back of it and fixed it to the card, I then cut out the layering pieces of the design and fixed DS foam tape to the backs of them and added them to the card. Again I have left the occasion open for the buyer to decide what
occasion they want and then I will print out the tags and message in the insert and finish the card off it comes with an envelope .
