I printed this sheet onto photo paper and cut out all the pieces. I attached the main image directly onto a green base card and added the decoupage using foam pads. I matted the 'Happy Birthday' sentiment onto a green mirror card and attached it, again using foam pads.
To finish I added various shape gel embellishments and, of course, the obligatory bling in the shape of crystal stickles.
A very vibrant card and a quick and easy one for all those girls of an age that is difficult to please.
