I printed this sheet onto 220gsm photo paper and cut out all the pieces. I covered a white base card with a beautiful silver 'cracked ice' card and attached the topper and added the decoupage using foam pads and tape.

I added a yellow satin ribbon along the bottom and made quilling flowers with gem centres and leaves to add to the ribbon.

I added a sentiment 'Happy Anniversary' from my stash. A very quick and easy card to make but with plenty of scope for your embellishments.
