I cut out all the elements and assembled the design using 2mm foam pads. I then cut and glued a piece of coloured card to the back for added strength as I decided to use this as a plate card, so once assembled, I made a stand to sit the card on.
It could also be made as a circular card or attached to a blank 6"x6" card.
Embellishments could be added according to taste.

I printed this sheet onto 190gsm matte photo paper, and I think it would be particularly effective printed onto gloss photo paper.
