Paris Art Deco Card Topper
A delightful card to make that is easy to make up. A great card that would suit any female occasion. Lovely once done. This card could also be made into and easel card.( Stopper provided) Cut out smaller portions and attach to the main image using silicone or sticky pads.

I printed the sheet on photo paper and cut it out and decoupaged it using foam pads, I then placed the finished topper onto a cream hammered card, I added gold art deco corners accented with gold gems and clear gems in the roses and pearls for earrings
This is a very pretty design that could be made up into various styles. I matted the main image onto white then black and attached it to a square white scalloped card. I then added the layers using foam pads.
I matted a toning strip of paper onto black and attached to the left side. I finished with a sentiment and some aqua gems.
