I keep getting asked to do some easy cutting toppers for those who are struggling with fussy cutting. This is as simple as it gets but look really effective when finished. Decoupage layers and loads of sentiments included.

The design was printed onto 160 gm card and the background onto copy paper. The background was mounted onto a card blank using dst and the other pieces were layered using 2mm foam pads.
The turquoise tones blend together so well on this unusual design and the 2mm pads give it great depth.
