Easy topper just cut and attach to card. Use foam tape of Glue gel to add decoupage layers.

Printed out onto Crafty Bob's Gloss Photo paper and cut out elements. Mounted main picture onto white card mat and then attached to a black card using dst.
Added other elements using ds foam tape and finished off by added just a touch of colour with lilac gems in the centre of the flowers.
Looks very impressive and a lovely card.
