2x Vintage Style Ladies ToppersCompleted by Margaret McCartney

I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded a 6 x 6 scalloped edged card and a 5x5 scalloped edged card. I attached one of the designs to each card using double sided tape.

I assembled the decoupage using thin foam tape. I shaped each skirt with my fingers then added foam tape to the outside edges only. This makes the skirts look full.
