Printed onto matte coated paper, then mounted onto white paper, then onto cup579700_1298, then onto white card. I used silicone for the decoupage and finished of with a bow and yellow insert.

I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded a 6 x 6 scalloped edged card and a 5x5 scalloped edged card. I attached one of the designs to each card using double sided tape.
I assembled the decoupage using thin foam tape. I shaped each skirt with my fingers then added foam tape to the outside edges only. This makes the skirts look full.
