I printed out this sheet onto good quality white card stock. Then I cut out all of the elements and adhered them to the card using 1/8" double-sided sticky foam.

I placed the layer pieces on a coordinating scalloped piece of card stock, with a cream colored oval piece underneath, and used a gold peel-off to add a bit of bling.

A quick card to make, and very lovely when completed!
