Simply fold your main card base, attach this stacker to it and add a greeting on it or inside the card.Extra layer of a small corner embellishment is included on the sheet.
I also included on the sheet 1 of the hearts in case you would like to decoupage it and another blank red glitter heart which you can use either on the card or as an embellishment / greeting plate inside the card. This design can be very suitable for Wife/Husband Birthday, Congratulations, Wedding, Engagement, Valentine's Day, Wedding Anniversary etc occasions.I made this design in 3 different versions, please click on my name to see all of them.

I printed this sheet onto super smooth silk card and cut out leaving a piece of card attached to the straight edge to form a hinge, which I made using a bone folder, and built the layers up using silicone glue.
While the glue was drying I stuck a piece of heart embossed card to the centre of a piece of gold card, using wet glue, before sticking the hinge to the back of the gold card, with wet glue, and leaving to thoroughly dry.
