Copied twice to glossy photo paper . I cut out the timer, a flower and the cogs from the second copy. Matted to white card and then built up the decoupage using silicone glue. Added the greeting and put blobs of gold Stickles at each corner. Followed the lines on the design also in gold. Put a black and a white bow in top right corner.
This is a lovely design that can be left as it is or embellished.
