I mounted onto an A5 pale lilac pearl card with a punched corner and decoupaged with sticky pads. I added my sentiment to the bottom and added a sparkly jewel to the flower centre.
I punched a hole at the top and bottom of the topper at the left side and tied some ruffle ribbon through to finish off
