Lilac Birdcage Your Retirement Dl Decoupage TopperCompleted by Pam Stubley
OccasionCongratulations / Retirement
I printed this sheet onto 200gsm photo paper and cut out all the pieces. I covered a white base card with a very pale turquoise marble effect paper before adding the main image.
I then added all the decoupage using foam pads and finished by adding gold stickles to all the flower centres.
A beautiful, fresh looking card for anyone's retirement and so quick and easy to make!
