OccasionI printed out the Enchanted flowers sheet. I cut out the topper and attached it into pink folded sheet of cardstock. I trimmed out the excess cardstock leaving room for a decoration ribbon. I attached some gold glittering ribbon around the topper and neated the ribbon corners diagonally.
After this I cut out the other picture and added it on top of the topper with foam pads. Then I added a gold glitterin vinyl text message "Onnea" (Congratulations in English) in the middle. As a finishing touch I added vinyl corner stickers in the corners of the card, and violet gems on top of them.
