Enchanted Flowers and Gilded Frame Topper & Plaque
This lovely topper features beautifully painted 'Garden Enchanted' flowers, on a gilded gold frame. There is a topper and a plaque, which can be used to decoupage onto the main image or as a separate topper.

Printed on Crafty Bob's glossy paper, cut out and decoupaged using foam pads, i then mounted the image onto the card using dst and added gold peel off corners.
This is a beautiful design.
I printed out the Enchanted flowers sheet. I cut out the topper and attached it into pink folded sheet of cardstock. I trimmed out the excess cardstock leaving room for a decoration ribbon. I attached some gold glittering ribbon around the topper and neated the ribbon corners diagonally.
After this I cut out the other picture and added it on top of the topper with foam pads. Then I added a gold glitterin vinyl text message "Onnea" (Congratulations in English) in the middle. As a finishing touch I added vinyl corner stickers in the corners of the card, and violet gems on top of them.
