300dpi 6x6ins Topper and Decoupage - Best Wishes/Happy Birthday/Thinking of youCompleted by Joan Prince

Printed out and cut out all the elements. I placed the base image onto a white 7 x 7 scallop edge card using d.s tape and then added the remaining pieces using foam pads. I then printed another sheet, carefully removed the centre panel and the remaining frame I used as the insert. The white showing through the aperture can be used by my customer to write their own message.
