300dpi 6x6ins Topper and Decoupage - Best Wishes/Happy Birthday/Thinking of you

I made up the topper, with the decoupage, and put it onto blue backing paper slightly larger, the put that onto a 7x7in scalloped edge card, I used the blank tag for my own greeting, before cutting out the four little flowers for the corners I applied 3D clear gloss and let it dry, when cut out they look like gems

Printed out and cut out all the elements. I placed the base image onto a white 7 x 7 scallop edge card using d.s tape and then added the remaining pieces using foam pads. I then printed another sheet, carefully removed the centre panel and the remaining frame I used as the insert. The white showing through the aperture can be used by my customer to write their own message.
