I printed the sheet, cut out the base topper and the other item which I used as decourpage. I cut around the oval shape to the leaf and up beside the tulip and added the layer to the base topper with foam tape.

I used an embossing punch on all the corners to fit in with the scalloped edge. I then mounted the base topper onto an 8 x 8 Crafty Bob's scalloped edge card base with DST. I love the simple elegance of this card so just added a matching hot pink and silver ribbon to the spine.

I used the insert inside the card to finish it off, again puching the corners and added a silver peel-off border around the oval shape encompassing the wording.
