I printed the design onto quality photo paper, cut it out and decoupaged the pieces. Onto a black square card base I matted red polka dot paper and then layered the image over that.

I attached a strip of black tulle across the bottom and tied another piece of white tulle onto that, finishing with some red and pearl faux bling scatters on the ends of it.

Finally I used gold peel-offs to form a border over the polka dot background. This is another of Julie's wonderful 50's creations; a very quick and easy design to put together.
