I printed the design onto quality photo paper, cut it out and decoupaged the pieces. Onto a black square card base I matted red polka dot paper and then layered the image over that.
I attached a strip of black tulle across the bottom and tied another piece of white tulle onto that, finishing with some red and pearl faux bling scatters on the ends of it.
Finally I used gold peel-offs to form a border over the polka dot background. This is another of Julie's wonderful 50's creations; a very quick and easy design to put together.
With this design I first printed it out onto photo paper, then after cutting out the elements, i placed the design base onto the front of a red 8x8 card, I then added a gold border all round the outside edges of the design, along with a matching corner peel off in the top left and right and left bottom corners, I then made up the design using 2mm sticky pads, to finish my card I added some red glitter round the outside edges of the rose petals, this is a beautiful design for any lady.
