Copied to matte photo paper and cut out. Matted to pale blue card stock using d.s.t.. Built up the roses using d.s.foam tape. Added a string of beads and two die cut corners. Used Stickle's Pearl Drops on the tiny flower heads.
A beautiful design with some fabulous colour tones which can be used for several occasions.
