Another stunning design. I printed this on to satin finish photo paper and cut out both parts. I fixed the base design on to a pale blue pearlescent card with dst of which I had rounded the corners.
I fixed the topper with foam pads.
I decorated the roses and butterflies with some glitter, added a die cut Happy Birthday greeting and finished it off with a double narrow satin blue bow and some blue dew drops.
