Lace and Yellow Roses Card TopperCompleted by Pam Stubley

I printed onto 230gsm photo paper and cut out all the pieces. I attached the main image onto a white base card and added the decoupage using foam pads. I also added a flower made from glitter bows (cup534093_2013 and cup534097_2013).

A very fresh card which is easy to make and suitable for many occasions.
