I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded an 8 x 8 scalloped edged card. I attached the design to the card using double sided tape. I assembled the decoupage using thin foam tape.
I added a blob of silicone glue under one wing of the butterfly to give more definition.
I matted onto white card with a punched rose design corner and edged with a silver leafing pen. I then mounted onto an 8 x 8 white card. I printed out twice for extra decoupage and decoupaged all the parts using sticky pads.
I decoupaged over the punched corner for a unique effect. I shaped the butterfly wings outwards and finished off by tying a matching ribbon bow down the spine......this is a stunning design
