I printed this sheet onto photo paper and cut out all the pieces. I matted the main image onto a blue patterned mirror card and then onto a purple base card.
I added all the decoupage using foam pads and finished by adding stardust stickles to the girls headband, and the bodice of her dress.
This is a card which can be used for many occasions and for a quite large age range.
