Once the sheet was printed and all the elements were cut out, this card came together very quickly.
I mounted all the decourpage elements with foam tape, added a few Silver Metalic 3D Kindy Glitz dots on the design and mounted the base topper onto a matching cardstock and formed the card base.
Just exquisite.
