Winter Walk Christmas Bracket Topper Decoupage & InsertCompleted by Alyssuzi Creative Cards by Suzi Cooper

I chose to make a stepper card & used a pale blue card blank, which I scored & folded. I then placed the topper on the upright panel using DST then assembled the decoupage using 2mm foam pads. I attached the greeting to the stepper using DST.

I matted a digital ribbon onto turquoise mirri card then placed along the front edge. I finished with turquoise gems.
