I printed on to card. Mounted the topper on to an embossed card and layered all elements. Added beads and gems, and glittered the snow. The insert adds the finishing touch. A very pretty design with lots of dimension.
I chose to make a stepper card & used a pale blue card blank, which I scored & folded. I then placed the topper on the upright panel using DST then assembled the decoupage using 2mm foam pads. I attached the greeting to the stepper using DST.
I matted a digital ribbon onto turquoise mirri card then placed along the front edge. I finished with turquoise gems.
