Blue Winterwonderland Topper

I used pale blue card. I placed my own christmas backing paper onto the card scalloping all the edges. I made up the topper and placed on the card.

At the other side of the design I used my own peel offs and made a topper to attach to this card.

I placed a dark blue bow below that. I used snow effect on the design and blue glitter to finish off.
