I mounted onto a 6 x 6 white pearl card with a punched corner and added the layers using sticky pads.
I added my sentiment to the punched corner and added blue gems to each corner.
I added a Gold elasticated bow to the spine to finish off. (This printed out blue for me, instead of the green shown in the preview)

I printed the sheet onto glossy photo paper and then added the decoupage with foam pads. I used a silver card blank and added a pale blue paper, before adding the topper. I finished with silver peel offs. A great design which is quick and easy to make up.
