Just Chilling Topper
A really cute penguin decoupage christmas topper. There are all the decoupage elements on this sheet for you to be able to make up your topper. I have included a selection of sentiment banners & 1 blank banner for you to be able to add your own peel off, die cut message or stamped greeting.

Printed onto glossy photo paper. Attached base image to card stock using ds tape. Built up image with 1mm foam pads. Added Poinsettia's.

I decoupaged this using foam pads
Edged with gold peel off and the finished the card with a red snowflake washi tape
very simple yet effective design
3d Decoupage card. A verse can be put in this verse or it can be left blank for own verse to be put in.
