I printed out sheet onto matt photopaper, cut out and attached base to cream card, added decoupage with foam pads and finished with gold bow and crystal stickles.
A beautiful vintage design.
After printing the sheet on a good quality of paper, I cut out the elements. Build it up on a white card with 3D pads and decorate it with peel off corners.
