and attached to scalloped card. Built up image with foam pads. Finished with glitter on white flags and hat.

I printed this sheet onto 200gsm photo paper and cut out all the pieces. I attached the main image onto a white base card and added all the decoupage and a sentiment using foam pads.
I finished by adding stardust stickles liberally. A cute card which will charm all recipients.
