I printed this sheet onto 220gsm photo paper and cut out all the pieces. I covered a white base card with a blue backing paper and attached the main image toward the top of the card, after having added two ribbons and a pearl buckle.
I added the layer and decoupage using foam tape and pads. To finish I added gold stickles. A delightful card to thank anyone for any reason.
