Birthday Girl
This is a step by step decoupage topper with a cute little Birthday girl. It is a quick and easy card topper that looks 3d. Some slight shapping to the pieces before adding to the topper with foam pads or silicon glue will help with the effect. :)

I printed out sheetr onto matt photopaper, cut out elements and attached base to pink card, then white card with DST.
I added decoupage with foam pads, highlighted balloons and cake with crystal stickles and finished with purple card candy to corners.
A sweet girly design.
