I printed this sheet onto photo paper and cut out the pieces. I made a double twisted easel card from white card and shaped the front with a zig-zag pattern.

I attached two of the ovals to a 10cm square made from a two sided patterned card and stuck them to the easel parts.

To finish I added two thin strips of the two-sided card with a happy birthday sentiment in the middle. I added foam mounted rivets as the 'stops' for the easel card.

Incidentally, I had these little rivets left over from another design sheet but am not able to remember which one, but, thanks to the designer.

A lovely little card which will make any budding mechanic feel special
