Vintage Birthday Pink Card TopperCompleted by Pam Stubley

I printed onto 230gsm photo paper and cut out all the pieces. I attached the main image onto a white base card and cut around the shape. I then added a white/pink spot paper on the inside of the card and added the decoupage using foam pads.

A super card for ladies of all ages and very easy to make too
