Beauty and Grace Topper with DecoupageCompleted by Pam Stubley

I printed this sheet onto 220gsm photo paper and cut out all the pieces. I covered a white base card with a beautiful embossed paper from Cupcakecrafting and attached the main image.

I added the decoupage using foam tape and added a white 'ribbon' along the bottom of the card, threading it through a pink pearl buckle.

To this ribbon I added one of the sentiments and three different coloured pearls. A very elegant, classy card as well as having beauty and grace.
