This kit includes a 5 X 7 card topper, sunflower layer, ribbon, sunflower corners and 3 labels. One label is blank and the other labels say Happy Birthday and Get Well Soon. I think this card is very versatile and could be used for lots of occasions.

I printed out sheet onto matt photo-paper, cut out and attached base to a white C5 card, added decoupage and topper with foam pads and finished with a pearl to the bow.
A beautiful fresh spring design.
