This kit includes a 5 X 7 topper with lovely watercolor roses and a delicate script background on the frame.
It also includes two sentiment labels, image layer plus flower decoupage layers.
One of the sentiment labels is blank so you can use any sentiment you would like for your card. The other label says Please Get Well Soon.

I printed out sheet onto matt photo-paper, cut out and attached base to a white C5 card, added topper and decoupage with foam pads and finished with a floral arrangement and bow to spine.
A lovely design.
