I created this topper using the very cute Sneaky Bear image by Sassy Cheryl cup407285_1519.
This kit contains a 5 X 7 topper, Sneaky bear image layer, decoupage layers, two labels. One label says Wishing You A Beary Happy Birthday and the other label is blank so you can enter any saying you would like to use on your card.

Printed out sheet using premium quality 120gsm paper. Cut out all elements and mounted them using double sided tape. Attached sheet to balck card and mounted onto white card. Using a black pen drew fake stitching on the white card. A beautiful simple card with many colour combinations.
