How cute is this, I printed onto matte photo paper 190gsm. Cut out topper, decoupage and sentiment. Secured topper onto a 6 x 7 x 7 scalloped card with double sided tape. Added decoupage and sentiment with foam pads for 3D effect. Lovely cute card to make.
