Wow I've ArrivedCompleted by Pam Stubley

I printed this sheet onto 200gsm photo paper and cut out all the pieces. I attached the main image onto a red and white polka dot base card and added all the decoupage and sentiments using foam pads.

An absolutely brilliant card for the arrival of a new baby.
