Northern Frost Topper with Decoupage
This is a northern winter scenic card topper with polar bears for the decoupage,
this card topper can be used for a variety of occasions and people. and I have included a blank tag, if you wish it to be for another occasion.
The sentiment tags say,
Season's Greetings
Happy Holidays
Vacation Time
This card topper would make a terrific
card that you just wanted to add a vacation package to, either to get away form the winter cold, or go some where skiing , or to see the polar bears up north in Manitoba Canada

Printed on glossy photo paper, I cut out all of the elements and decoupaged using foam pads, I then mounted the image onto the card using dst.
This is a beautiful design.
I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded a 7 x 7 card. I attached the design to the card using double sided tape. I assembled the decoupage using thin foam tape. I added the greeting using thin foam tape.
