Tropical Birds Topper with DecoupageCompleted by Pam Stubley
OccasionCongratulations / Retirement
I printed this sheet onto 180gsm card at half size and cut out all the pieces. I layered the main topper onto a green foil effect paper mat(from Sheila Rodgers cup556688_66) and attached this onto a green patterned base card.
I then added all the decoupage and a sentiment using foam pads. A super card which is quick and easy to make and can be used for many different occasions.
