I printed the sheet on quality cardstock and cut out all the elements. I used foam pads to decoupage and double sided tape for the rest of the card construction. Gold peel-off borders were placed over both frames and clear rhinestones were glued at the points of the scallops.
This is a very versatile design that is suitable for both genders and can be adapted to many occasions.

Printed this lovely design onto decoupage paper and cut it out. I placed the main image onto a gold pearlescent 8x8 card with tape and then added the layers using foam pads.
I added peach and blue gems.
