I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded a 6 x 6 scalloped edged card. I attached the design to the card using thin foam tape. I assembled the decoupage using thin foam tape.
I added the greeting using thin foam tape.

I printed onto glossy photo paper and made up using foam pads. I punched the front edges of a card blank and then added ribbon and a bow down the LH side.
I used a die cut scalloped circle and added card candi to the outside before adding the Happy Bear to the centre.
