Cool Cat- Time to Relax

Printed onto Gloss Paper. I cut the elements out and used DST to attach the Topper to a Black patterned card. Used foam pads to add the Decoupage. I then stuck a grey coloured decorative edging around the topper, I stuck a crystal in the middle of the flowers.

This is a wonderful design and very easy to cut by hand. It makes into a great card.
