Happy Birthday
This is a layered topper. The little photo shows how to put the layers together for this topper. This can also be used as a little tag. This is a cute little Birthday Bear and in various pink and white. And some flowers for the corners.
You can add some embellishment gems or glitter to make it stand out a bit more. :)

Printed onto good quality photo paper, cut out and mounted onto a square base card. I followed the example picture and built layers up using foam pads. I added gems to the cupcake to finish. I mounted example picture onto white card and added an eyelet and pink velvet ribbon.
Finished with gems to the cupcake. Brilliant-card and matching tag. Lovely design and so easy to make. Looks great when complete.
